New commission rates lowered

Easysportbet is pleased to announce its new commission rates. They will be lowered both in gambling and trading mode and effective on August 10, 2015 (except in cases of force majeure).

We have modified our commission rates so that our members can benefit from the best odds of the market, thanks to your trust and support since early 2013.

As you can see in the demo above, our rate of 3.5% (win) / 2.4% (loss) ) in gambling mode equals a 5.76% rate you would get at Betfair, so overall more favourable for you than the most common rate of 6.5% at Betfair.

If you place a bet of 100€ at odds of 2.00 on Betfair with a 6.5% rate, you potentially win 93.50€ or lose 100€. Odds after commission: (93.5/100€) + 1 = 1.935

If you place a bet of 100€ at odds of 2.00 on Easysportbet, you potentially win 96.50€ or lose 102.40€. Odds after commission: (96.5/102.4€) + 1 = 1.942

Some examples:

Example #1 :

If you place a Back bet of 100€ at odds of 3.00 with a commission rate of 3.50% / 2.40%:
-If your bet is winning, your net profit will be —-> (100*(3-1)) - (100*3.5%) = 193€
-If your bet is losing, your net loss will be —-> (100 + (100*2.4%)) = 102.4€

Example #2 :

If you place a Lay bet of 100€ at odds of 3.00 with a commission rate of 3.50% / 2.40%:
-If your bet is winning, your net profit will be —-> (100 - (100*3.5%)) = 96.5€
-If your bet is losing, your net loss will be —-> (100*(3-1)) + (100*2.4%) = 204.8€

Example #3 :

If you place a Back bet of 100€ at odds of 2.00 with a commission rate of 3.50% / 2.40%:
-If your bet is winning, your net profit will be —-> (100*(2-1)) - (100*3.5%) = 96.5€
-If your bet is losing, your net loss will be —-> (100 + (100*2.4%)) = 102.40€
