Account management :

How to apply to open an account and how long to open it ?: Simply fill out the form to open an account by clicking on the link at the top of the site (open an account). If the 3 steps are completed correctly, your account will be activated within 24 hours.
Do I have to provide proof of identity and residence ?: No, basic accounts do not require proof required, just have a verified neteller account. Players may not give erroneous registration information (including more than 18 years). However, the Operator reserves the right to ask some players to provide some evidence. Is it possible to request the opening of multiple accounts for a single member?: No, it is not permitted to open multiple accounts. See section 6.1 of the Terms and Conditions.
I registered but my account is still not approved ?: Accounts are approved within 24 hours only if you have completed the 3 steps at the time of registration (including the initial deposit in step 3).
Can I “share” of funds through the sale of call / system with another account / member of Easysportbet or Betfair ?: No, Easysportbet as Betfair is very vigilant to any attempt at exchange of funds between members other than the purpose of the game. This practice could lead to possible prosecution against members using the platform for this purpose.
Do I must place a minimum of bets on certain defined periods ?: No, he does not have a minimum bet to make, but costs 5euro be taken to reactivate your account if it is inactive for this for over 2 months.
Can I suspend my account ?: Yes, you can apply to withdraw your funds and close your account whenever you want.

What are the methods to deposit and withdrawal ?

Currently only Neteller. Opening a Neteller account is relatively simple and fast

Can I withdraw my winnings on another Neteller account ?

No, for security reasons, it is not possible to use two different accounts for one Easysportbet Neteller account. The retirement account must be the same account used for the deposit.

What are the fees for deposits and withdrawals? ?

Can I make unlimited requests of withdrawal ?

There is one withdrawal per week allowed. However, you can remove multiple times a week, but additional charges will be levied (see “Payments”).

Sports betting interface:

How to access to the interface of betting?: For safety reasons, access to the interface is limited to members of Easysportbet. Upon receipt of your initial deposit, we will send you your url to view the interface.
What bets or offered by Easysportbet markets ?: Exactly the same markets (odds, money) of the Betfair exchange.
Are odds the same than on Betfair exchange ?: Yes, there is no charge on the odds displayed on the interface. You bet directly on the betfair exchange.
What are the minimum and maximum stakes ?: If your balance allows it, and the volumes on Betfair are sufficient, there is no limitation of max bet. For cons, the minimum bet is € 2.
Can I cancel a bet ?: You can cancel at any time the bet unmatched by cons once validated (matched), it is not possible to cancel this bet or the portion matched.

Commissions :

What are the different fees levied ?: There is a commission by bets or by traded markets depending on the gaming mode selected, and possibly a premium charge according to your profit / loss lifetime and charge premium %.
What is the commission by bets (gambling mode) and how is it calculated ?: The base commission is between 1.2% and 3.6% and is applied to each bet (winning or losing).
What is the commission by market (trading mode) and how is it calculated ?: The base commission is between 2.8.0% and 4.9% on winning market and between 1.2% and 3.9% on losing market and is applied to the profit / loss obtained on traded market. A minimum fee of € 0.15 is retained on traded market.
Can I make bets in different mode of commission in the same market ?: The manner of commission must be defined by the mode you choose when placing your first bet. As soon as your first bet is matched, you can not change mode on this market.
What is the current premium charge % in force ?: The current rate is 0%.
